Data Collected

Depending on your role: name, email, phone number, availability, applications. No sensitive data within the meaning of Art. 5 let. c FADP. We also collect usage data (pages visited, actions, device) and anonymized session recordings to improve the product (see section 6).

Purposes

Connecting caregivers with institutions, managing missions and availability, notifications (email, SMS), continuous product improvement.

Hosting and Processors

Application data hosted in Switzerland (Zurich). Technical processors: PostHog (analytics and session replay, EU-hosted — eu.i.posthog.com), Sentry (error tracking), MailerSend (transactional emails), Twilio (SMS/WhatsApp), AWS S3 (document storage, eu-central-2). All operate within the EU/EEA or Switzerland.

Cookies, analytics and session replay

Essential cookies only (authentication, language). We use PostHog (EU) to analyse usage and record sessions for product improvement; all input fields are automatically masked (passwords, codes, forms) and sensitive areas are hidden. Sentry is used for technical error monitoring. Under the FADP, you may object to analytics processing at any time by writing to contact@le-pool.ch.
