Privacy Policy

Le Pool Solutions Sàrl is the data controller for global caregiver profiles and the associated CV service. For pool mission management, the healthcare institution is the data controller and Le Pool acts as a data processor.

Depending on your role: name, email, phone number, availability, applications, profile information and documents, including CVs you choose to add. The content of a CV depends on the information you include. We also collect usage data and session recordings that may contain some entered values, as explained in section 6.

Connecting caregivers with institutions, managing missions and availability, email or SMS notifications, product improvement. With your agreement, storing and reusing your CVs for your applications, as described in section 7.

The database and file storage are hosted in Zurich, Switzerland. The backend server is hosted in Switzerland. Additional services: Vercel for the web application, PostHog for usage analytics and session recordings, and Sentry for error tracking in Frankfurt, Germany; MailerSend for email in Belgium and Germany; Askolia for chat on Convex Cloud in Ireland; Twilio for SMS and WhatsApp, Google for geocoding and OpenAI for AI assistance in the United States and Infomaniak for optional mission drafting in Switzerland. AWS S3 stores documents in the Swiss eu-central-2 region.

Essential cookies only (authentication, language). We use PostHog (EU) to analyse usage and record sessions for product improvement. To collect detailed feedback during launch, some entered values, including explicitly selected free-text fields, may appear in recordings; passwords, authentication and access codes, contact details (email and phone), dates, and other free-text fields are masked or hidden. Sentry is used for technical error monitoring. Under the FADP, you may disable analytics in your profile or object to this processing by writing to contact@le-pool.ch.

You choose whether Le Pool may store the CVs in your profile for applications you decide to submit and allow institutions already authorized to access your profile to view them. We ask for this agreement separately before using your CV. It does not submit applications automatically or grant access to other institutions.

Your CVs remain in your profile while you want to use this service, until you delete them or withdraw your agreement. You can complete your profile manually without adding a CV.

You can delete a CV or withdraw this agreement in your profile. Withdrawal removes the CVs from your profile and stops their reuse. Your account, other documents, pool memberships and applications already submitted remain in place.

Withdrawal does not recall copies an institution has already received. The institution remains responsible for their use and retention. Contact that institution to exercise your rights over those copies.
