Depending on your role: name, email, phone number, availability, applications. No sensitive data within the meaning of Art. 5 let. c FADP. We also collect usage data (pages visited, actions, device) and session recordings which may, depending on the field type, contain some entered values (see section 6).

Technical processors: PostHog (analytics and session replay, EU-hosted — eu.i.posthog.com), Sentry (error tracking), MailerSend (transactional emails), Twilio (SMS/WhatsApp), AWS S3 (document storage, eu-central-2). All operate within the EU/EEA or Switzerland.

Essential cookies only (authentication, language). We use PostHog (EU) to analyse usage and record sessions for product improvement. To collect detailed feedback during launch, some entered values, including explicitly selected free-text fields, may appear in recordings; passwords, authentication and access codes, contact details (email and phone), dates, and other free-text fields are masked or hidden. Sentry is used for technical error monitoring. Under the FADP, you may disable analytics in your profile or object to this processing by writing to contact@le-pool.ch.
