You create your institution workspace, post missions (one-off or recurring), and receive applications from qualified caregivers. You can also build an internal pool of caregivers certified by your institution.
The internal pool gathers caregivers you have certified — they see your missions first. External recruitment lets you open your missions to the whole Le Pool network when ad-hoc needs arise.

The database, backend server and files are hosted in Switzerland. Additional services process some data in the European Union or the United States, including email, chat and notifications. Locations are listed in the sub-processor list. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is put in place during onboarding.
Onboarding an institution typically takes one to two weeks: workspace configuration, training your teams, importing your internal caregivers and first publications.
You can extend the mission to the external network, adjust the criteria, send a targeted notification to your pool caregivers or involve your existing temp staffing partners from the same workflow. Our team supports you whenever needed.
You get email support in French, a guaranteed response time within 24 working hours, and a dedicated point of contact throughout your onboarding phase.
We review integration options with your HRIS or scheduling tool on a case-by-case basis. Data exports are available as standard, and custom connectors can be developed on request.
We run a training session via video call or on-site at onboarding, supported by a help center and video tutorials. A dedicated point of contact supports your teams during the first weeks of use.
Our contracts have no lock-in commitment beyond the agreed initial period. You can terminate at any time with a notice period defined in the contract, with a full export of your data.
